Ponni Raw rice is a traditional Tamil Nadu rice variation. This silky shine, flavorful aroma, lengthy and lithe size, and the delicate flavour had overjoyed rich and poor alike, in all conditions. It is a boiled short-grain rice variety. It does not easily become smooth or squishy due to its classical odour, rich taste, and consistent performance. As a result, it stays whiter for way too long. Ponni Raw Rice has a rich nutty flavour and a fluffy texture and is an improved source of fibre, potassium, calcium, and vitamin B-6.
