A daily intake of our multigrain health mix, provides you with the goodness of 18 varieties of grains, nuts and pulses. Free from added preservatives, it is a complete meal with a perfect balance of proteins, carbohydrates, vitamins and minerals. Highly nutritious and delicious health mix will be prepared by sprouting 18 types of naturally grown grains (Ragi, Corn, chickpeas, wheat, rye, black peas, lentils, soybeans, black gram, green gram & some more) and Peanut, Red rice, cashews along with almonds. Sprouts grains are high in micronutrients and easily digestible. Take at least twice daily to improve immunity.
